1. Understanding your business needs

This first meeting is to take the time to listen and properly assess your business needs and concerns. Having this conversation is key before starting a project.

2. Find the best solution available

After the first conversation, I would have a better understanding about the goal and available budget. This information would help me to find the best solution available with an honest and transparent approach.

3 . Align tactics with objectives

Once the projects starts, I’ll make sure that the plan meets the objective. Fluid communication and feedback are key to make sure the project stays on rails.

4. Deliver concrete results

Deliver a teste and reviewed solution, with customer satisfaction as primary goal.

5. Collect feedback 

The project is now finished and delivered, is a good time to review how things went and see if there are some lessons to be taken.
